Feel odd, not "Yeah!!!" at this moment.
I know this is because I am not finished writing the story, and I am worried about how my progress will and wont go forth from this point on.

I am wondering if I should type the numbers in on NaNo, part of me wants to wait, and add more words tomorrow before I put in my final word count. Can you keep adding numbers, after it turns solid? And another part of me says "hey you just reached this goal you have been after all month, let yourself feel that now".

I am so worried I wont keep going ahead, that I will get frozen here.

Yay! Congratulations! You beat me. I know you aren't having the yay moment, but still, you got there.

You can keep updating your count up until midnight on the 30th, so no worries there. Great work.

Woohooo! Yahoooo! You did it. Just enjoy the feeling of reaching the word target for a bit and then go on and decide what more you need to do and how you want to do it. Give yourself a pat on the back and go and spoil yourself for a bit - delight in reaching the target - you've done so incredibly well!

Congratulations, Taffiny! Stop, if only for a moment, and take a breath in and smile - you've done extremely well!
I understand your fear. I think you should continue on a tight schedule, not so demanding as November's but still sustained. To see the novel finished, it's well worth the additional effort.

Woohoo! Congratulations!

You know, there *is* such a thing as NaNoFiMo if you need an extra kick in the proverbial pants...National Novel Finishing Month. Starts tomorrow! I've linked to it on my post today....

Wow, lookee there. A brand new spanking 50 thousand word novel.

Not complete, sure, okay, but that's okay. Take a breath. Take a day or two. Breathe. You did it. You can complete it once you have taken a deep breath.

Congratulations Taffiny! That's a great achievement and dedication. I think you can stop worrying and enjoy the feeling of accomplishment. Now, having done nothing of this sort, how do I get to read it????
PS: Sorry I have been away, I will catch up with all your previous posts in the next few days.

Thanks, that it true, and wasn't at sure I would, but I did, I got there.

Yesterday, spent day running errands with Bob, and developed a smashing headache along the way. So I didn't add any more numbers, instead I went to bed by 8pm.

Thank you so much, for the way you have inspired me, and for your kind support.

Thank you, sounds like a wonderful idea. Your support and ecouraging words have meant a lot to me, and have really helped throughout this process.

Thank you. And thank you for your support and encouragement (ditto the sentiments above for they too include you).
I think you are right, not as tight a schedule, but I will need a daily goal, or else I shall get distracted and wander off.

Thanks. And thank you for your support, and inspiration. In the beginning seeing how far you were ahead of me, really kept me going. I am so glad for you that the work you have put in for NaNo is good, and you look forward to expanding it.
NoNoFiMo, sounds like a very good idea. I don't know if I will join or not, is there a deadline for joining? (I am terribly indecisive)

Thank you. It has been so nice of you to come over and wish me well, and give me pep talks (I sure needed them). I am so glad you have finished your novel. I think of where you are, and where I am, and I want that feeling too, of truly having reached the goal (I imagine the air is different there, when you breathe it in, deep). I am so happy for you, and take great inspiration from your accomplishment, and the kind words you have graciously give me . :)
Taking deep breathes, from where I stand now.

Oh look at the flower that just landed in my yard, carried here by warm wind.
It is good to see you again. I hope all has been well. My son enjoyed your video clip.

Thank you :) (I am not feeling the word accomplishment yet, but I like it and will try and reach for it, and feel it)

Read it! Oh goodness no, well hopefully eventually, but first I have to finish the rough draft, then I have to find some way of making it smooth.
Any suggestions?
(Put it in the blender? Smash it with a hammer? Cook it for a year on low heat in water, till it dissolves into liguid? Lay the pages down before a stampeding herd of elephants?)
(what? Oh, yeah, that's right, rewrite, rewrite, rewrite)

Great job Taffiny! I had not checked back in a few days because I just knew that you would find success. Yeah!

NaNo is kind of like a trick to get yourself to sit down every day and write. I'm sure if you set yourself another goal and blogged about it the support would be there to "push" you along to that next height.

If you can do 50,000 words than I'm sure 75 or 100 could be reached in due time. Good luck.

Thank you!!

That is true, I didn't know if I could do this, and I got this far, so why not farther?
I am at least back to sitting in my writing spot, and my "work" is here next to me, close enough that if I reach my arm all the way out, I can touch it. I do need to set myself some finishing goals, so that I do reach out and pick it back up.
