Witnessing, Hey you, thanks for visiting me. And thanks for the support, I stopped in here, midway through today's writing goal, and read your comment, and it really helped me to keep going. Thank you. :)
(three times I said Thanks, now you know how I get my word count up. But honestly I am three times thankful. Thanksx3. And anyway it helped me that you said go five times. I needed to see it, and hear it in my head, that many times.)
Oh, Taffiny, it is coming to full life! Bravo! I'm so happy for you!!! Does the novel have to be finished in 50000 words or it doesn't matter? Keep going! Bravo!
I wouldn't say it is coming to full life (least not yet) but I would say it will be coming to 50,000 words, hopefully today. :) And considering my shaky start, and all the other times, I have started things, and chickened out, I am amazed, by how far I have come. ( I was not at all sure I would make it)
No the novel doesn't have to be finished in that number of words, and as I have 2,000 words to go (approx) to reach it, I don't see how I could finish it with just those. (I still have 20 more boards of story info to go). Which is good because published novels are usually longer than 50,000. And I like to hold onto that dream. To believe someday, someway, I will hold such a marvelous thing in my hands.
But is also bad, because this does bring me some stress, because without the great push of NaNo what if I fall off, and don't ever finish it? What if I take a break to clean my entire house(that doesn't sound like a break?), and get ready for Christmas and my story stands frozen forever at this point in time?
I guess I will have to be self-motivated, and do some chirstmas prep, and writing every day. Like you, I hold onto notions of miracles around the corner, and such. Which is good, as that is what I will consider it to be, if I accomplish this. Well, tis the season for miracles after-all.
